Our Circular Economy Solutions
Jhut (Fabric Waste) Circularity
We establish long-term agreements with textile and RMG factories to collect 100% of their fabric waste. We process the scraps into loose, opened fiber webs at our facility and ship the processed material to Karupannya Rangpur Ltd for upcycling into new products.
Caustic Recovery Plant (CRP)
We design and install Caustic Recovery Plants for textile mercerizing operations. CRPs recover spent caustic soda, purify it, and return it to the production process — saving chemical costs and reducing effluent load significantly.
Condensate Recovery
Captured across our thermal solutions — returning valuable hot condensate to boiler feedwater systems. Reduces fuel, water, and chemical treatment costs while closing the thermal loop in your operations.
